Terms and Conditions
Please read our terms and conditions carefully before purchasing our original acrylic pour art on canvas, bespoke pet portraits, handcrafted pendants, keyrings, and upcycled dog bowls. By placing an order via our online shop, you agree to the policies outlined below
Orders and dispatch times
All items are carefully prepared and packaged by hand in Kent. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days. Please note that delivery is strictly available within the UK only; we do not ship internationally. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation of your shipment. Collection from Greatstone is available strictly by appointment only
Returns and damaged deliveries
Due to the bespoke and individual nature of our creations, including original acrylic fluid paintings, personalised pet portraits, and upcycled dog bowls, we operate a strict no returns policy. If your piece arrives damaged in transit, please take clear photos of the packaging and damaged item, and email us immediately at rickygart17@icloud.com so we can assess the situation and support you
